The 70m² internal floor featured 4 cast in situ steps to allow the concrete to flow from the entrance hallway right through to the sunken open plan kitchen.

Polished concrete was also used on the external patio and pool surround. This was all laid by hand and acid washed to create a textured, anti slip finish.
