Anti slip properties

Environmental Credentials
Lazenby flooring systems are designed as durable, long-lasting surfaces, with sustainability considered throughout the specification and installation process. Their exceptional lifespan and low maintenance requirements can reduce the need for replacement materials and ongoing chemical cleaning products, helping to minimise environmental impacts over the life of a building.
Lazenby also offers opportunities to incorporate recycled and reclaimed materials into flooring systems. Our Terrazzo systems can reuse crushed demolition materials as aggregate, reducing the requirement for new raw materials while creating a unique connection to the history of the building. Reclaimed demolition materials can also be seeded into traditional polished concrete, allowing elements from an existing building to become part of its new floor. This approach combines material reuse with architectural storytelling, creating a floor that reflects the history of the building while giving those materials a new purpose.
Where appropriate, Lazenby can incorporate lower-carbon concrete technologies and cement alternatives, including GGBS, Green Concrete and Carbon Capture Concrete. These materials can reduce the embodied carbon associated with the concrete mix while maintaining the strength, durability and refined aesthetic required for a high-performance floor.
