Project detail

Lazenby’s Off White polished concrete floor was installed 100mm deep over an existing concrete subbase, before the wall surface was finished with shadow gaps. This central London gallery showcases international artists and attracts a global audience. Andipa Gallery requires a hard-wearing and easy to maintain floor to impress on all levels.

The crack inducement joints maintain the architectural elegance of the interior design. Lazenby’s superior quality installation and master craftsmanship is second-to-none and took 4 working days. Lazenby’s 3-layer protection system kept the floor safe whilst controlling the curing process and enabling other trades to carry out their work.

The floor was finished with a stunning satin sealant with mastic colour in the joints to match the Off White. Several concealed access hatches and power sockets were installed in the floor.
