Lazenby’s Moss Green Polished Concrete Floors were installed internally and externally to this London property, at 100mm thick. The external floor was poured over a pre-prepared subbase and 91m² of internal floors poured over underfloor heating. Although the floor spaces were creatively filled with several floor finishes, including glass, Lazenby’s installations needed to be precise with clean, sharp edges. The joints were carefully considered and filled to allow for the expansion and contraction of various key substrates i.e. aluminium, steel and glass.
