Project detail

We installed almost 200m2 of Cool Grey concrete flooring over underfloor heating, running throughout the ground floor and outside onto two separate patios. The pièce de résistance was a 5-metre-long step, poured in concrete to seamlessly connect the two internal levels.

Conceived by Chadwick Dryer Clarke Studio, this beautiful project was a very deserving finalist in the British Home Awards 2021.
