Open plan living at its best with over 200m² of Lazenby’s Oyster White polished concrete flooring over two floors. A continuum 100mm deep from the entrance hall, along a ‘catwalk’ corridor to the kitchen diner. The joint plan was designed to ensure the living space was kept as open as possible. The glazed balustrades were fitted by others after Lazenby’s floor was poured. Polished concrete was specified to keep the property warm in Winter and cool in the Summer. Oyster White reflects ambient light and is a beautiful and practical solution for high traffic areas, plus it is easy to clean.

Lazenby’s polished concrete floor, in the bathroom, was installed before the raised platform was built. Trades are instructed to notify Lazenby if the floor protection system needs to be cut or removed.
