Installations on multiple levels are done by the same team to ensure consistency of colour and finish.
Lazenby advise on the most suitable solutions in every project based on their specific requirements, calling on 25 years of experience.
The concrete pour was carried out in one day, with a joint layout designed with great care to create a seamless effect from room to room. With a maximum bay size between crack control joints of 5x5m based on a floor depth of 100mm.
The floor was sealed at the end of the project, which exceeded the minimum 28 day recommendation. The day before sealing the underfloor heating was turned on a low heat to ensure moisture was removed from the slab.
