Lazenby successfully delivers every magnitude of project. From this modest yet beautiful extension of 9m2 to thousands of square metres for large commercial projects. This floor was installed 100mm deep over underfloor heating on a concrete subbase. The four cast in-situ steps were installed after the floor was pour into carefully constructed formwork. Each tread was then troweled and finished by hand so that it is a perfect match to the polished concrete floor.
Concrete was pumped through the house due to the lack of access to the rear of the property. Due to the compact nature of this installation crack inducements joints were unnecessary. Polished concrete has been installed outside to create a delighted and very private outside space.
