Technical detail:

Lazenby’s GFC Sinks were cast in two adjoining halves each 1886 x 580 x 200mm with 30mm thick walls; each half weighing 131.32kg. The 6 halves were cast at Lazenby’s Yeovil factory, delivered to site and installed by the main contractor. Fitting instructions were supplied to ensure that the join was seamless and the combined weights well support on carefully spaced steel frames specified in the design process. The architect specified a heavily acid etched surface for the sinks to add a light exposed aggregate industrial aesthetic.

This new build project is for Columbia Threadneedle / Bell Hammer and replaces outdated buildings. The elegant new office buildings now feature Lazenby’s GFC sinks in the Ladies and Gents WCs. GFC is lighter that cast concrete and Lazenby’s Dusk is a timeless choice for this commercial setting.
