Lazenby won the project of 19-22 Rathbone Place after being approached by Galliford Try Construction Ltd. We have installed a 170m² Light Natural Lazenby Polished concrete floor. The finish chosen for this project was an acid etched matt.
Lazenby were approached by Skanska Building to install a Lazenby Polished concrete floor. The works are for 60 m² in a warm grey.
After the completion of the Nandos floor in Great Portland Street, Lazenby were asked to complete similar works in their Greenwich store. Working with Sanderson Contractors, we are completing 120 m² of a Grey Microtop finished floor. We are also installing a grey microtop floor for Nandos Canary Wharf.

Lazenby are just about to complete a job at 4 – 10 Pentonville Road with the main contractor John Sisk & Sons Ltd. Currently we are laying 120m² of our Lazenby polished concrete, in a light natural colour with a matt/stainstop finish.
Although a distinctively modern intervention in this leafy urban conservation area of Westminster, planning permission was granted on the grounds that the design is a stark contrast in architectural form to its traditional neighbours, and the quality of the detailing and materials ensures that the building coexists happily in this urban context.
